then find its half or divide that by 2
Now get them subtract their choosed number from the it, and now you announce the result.
the result will be always half of the offered number ie, if we offered 20 to add then result will be 10 or if choose 50
then 25

For example: the number chooses is 6
when double its 12
now we offer a 50,So  12 +50=62
let them take the half:62/2=31
and then when your friend subtract choosed number that is 6 from that you get 25 which is the half of offered number.so you can say that 25 is the current answer.
